Home Grown

It has been so fun growing my own garden. The girls love to pick and eat fresh strawberries every day. My sqwash and cantaloupe are growing like crazy. It is actually somewhat theraputic gardening. I will be anxious to try some other variations next spring.

I am so jealous that you have a garden! When we moved into this house one of the first projects I wantedto do was build garden boxes in our side yard. We have been here almost 5 years now! Yikes! Let us know how it is going so I can garden vicariously through you;)

Chris and Garilu -
we just stumbled on your blog while looking at the Macnabs! It is so fun to see how you are doing in Idaho! Devan and I hope you are well and are indeed jealous of your beautiful garden, too! Our garden is a mound of dead plants right now! The heat kills everything! We are glad the move has been good for you! - Andersons

Hey guys, great garden!! Tim and I were really wanting to try our hands at gardening, but haven't found a way to deal with all the deer and turkeys that are always coming into the yard. They would have a field day with all the fruit and veggies! Sometimes I really miss fences!!
